You turn it off through the GUI, reboot as directed, but it comes back up showing that it's back on. I am having the same issue with the sonicwall netextender vpn. Sonicwall support said that there's a known issue with the latest build of Windows where you have to disable Memory Integrity under Core Isolation (Windows Settings), but on the affected PC, you can't seem to turn it off. The nxcleaner.exe tool does not help either. Check that the user has administrator privilege, NetExtender can only install/work under the user account with administrator privileges. Look for 'SonicWALL NetExtender Service' Start the service by clicking start on the left hand side. It works like a charm remember to use in front of WAN.

Then when you install 4.7.3 it doesn't over-write them, so you are getting a hacked installed basically, 4.8 DNE/IPSEC driver and 4.7.3 app/UI.
